EFT Settlement Process
Perform the following steps to settle EFT payments for selected transactions in the grid:
Navigate to Membership à EFT Settlement Process.
Select any preferred date from the Transaction Prior to / including field. The records of all transactions made on or before this date (in the selected accounts) will be displayed in the grid.
Select the preferred accounts for which the EFT settlement must be processed. Users can search for a specific account or select multiple accounts from the Member A/R Accounts section and click Proceed.
The transaction batches for the selected accounts appear in the EFT Settlement Process grid.
Users can view the details of individual transactions in the batch by clicking the account name. By default, all transactions in the batch will be selected to process the EFT settlement, however, the user can also unselect transactions from the batch and proceed to process.
Click Proceed. The checks are processed successfully, and the Print Check Summary Report or Check Detail Report is displayed in a separate tab based on the user selection.
Users can generate the EFT Settlement Process Report and view transaction details under each account using the Print icon above the EFT Settlement Process grid.
Users can click the More icon against the invoices and select any of the following options:

View Customer Account - the user will be navigated to the View A/R Customer Maintenance screen of the club member.

View Customer Transactions - the user will be navigated to the View Customer Transactions screen of the club member.

View Batch - the user will be navigated to the Edit Batch screen where the transactions in the invoice are available.

View Invoice Detail - the user will be navigated to the Transaction Details screen.

Return to Invoice Detail - the user will be navigated back to the EFT Settlement Process screen from the Transaction Details screen.
